Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to our customer service team via email at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date of the service.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.
- In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please provide documentation or proof to support your request for a waiver of the cancellation fee.
- Yekadantha Tech and Data Providers reserve the right to cancel services at any time due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to technical issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
- Refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation request approval.
- No-shows or failure to cancel a service within the specified time frame will result in the full charge of the service fee.
- Yekadantha Tech and Data Providers reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the policy periodically for any changes.
